Multiple Teams · Cadillac Edges Out Bay City Western

Back to back snow days gave them a chance to sleep in, relax a little.. but they may have been a little too relaxed going into Tuesday’s game at Bay City Western. Cadillac came out slow against the Warriors but still managed to squeeze out a two point win, 52-50.

The Vikings held a 12-8 lead after the first quarter before the Warriors took a one point lead by halftime and held onto it through three quarters, leading 37-36.

The game stayed neck and neck down the stretch before senior Aidan Raffaele hit a jumper then a 3-pointer, which ended up being the game winner, with less than a minute left in the game.

Evan Borr led Cadillac with 17 points, Raffaele added 16, and Charlie Runstrom scored eight points.

Cadillac won the JV game 60-42. Colin Hess paced the Vikings with 16 points, Logan Boolman scored 11, and Cole Jenema had ten.
