Vikings News · Booster’s Tickets Distributed to Athletes

With the Sports Booster’s fundraiser A Night at the Races two weeks away, we are calling on Cadillac’s student-athletes to help distribute tickets. Each athlete in grades 9th through 11th were given a ticket today and asked to sell it by next Wednesday.

For each ticket they sell they will receive $10 credit toward next year’s activity fee. Students can sell as many tickets as they’d like to lower their fee. Additional tickets can be picked up in the athletic office over the next two weeks. Any unsold tickets must be returned to the office — the student will be responsible for paying for any lost tickets.

Tickets are $40 per person and include two free drink tickets, hors d’oeurves, and betting tickets to use on horse races throughout the night — with prizes for each winning horse. There will be a cash bar and additional betting slips to purchase, as well as a silent auction. The event will take place at the Wex on April 21st. Doors open at 6:45 pm, with the first race starting at 7:30 pm. All proceeds from the event go toward reducing activity fees for next school year.

*7th and 8th grade athletes are also eligible to receive the discount but must pick up their ticket from the athletic office*

If you have any questions about the event or ticket distribution, please call the athletic office at 231-876-5805.
