Freshman Teams Score Wins Over Ogemaw

The Cadillac girls team scored a big win over Ogemaw Heights, 54-11. Sarah Jenema paced the Vikings with 16 points, Madi Drabik added eight, Livi Meyer had seven, and Ogho Osadiaye contributed six. The 12-0 Vikings travel to Traverse City West today. The boys game was much closer but Cadillac still pulled out the win,

Basketball Games Against TC West Still On

The girls basketball teams will travel to TC West tonight to take on the Titans. Freshman and JV start at 5:30 with Varsity to follow. The boys will also take on TC West tonight – at home. Freshman and JV tips off at 5:30 with Varsity to follow.

Jr. High Girls Basketball Tryouts Cancelled Today

Due to the snow day, 7th and 8th grade girls will not practice today. Tryouts will resume Wednesday, January 24. 7th Grade: 4:30-6:30 in the Jr High gym 8th Grade: 3:00-4:30 in the Jr High gym

Ski Meet Postponed

Tomorrow’s Ski Invite at Crystal Mountain has been postponed to Thursday, January 25th @ 10:00 am.  Poor weather and competition conditions are the cause of tomorrow’s cancellation.

Vikings Fall to Cardinals on Veterans Appreciation Night

The Cadillac Vikings and Big Rapids Cardinals faced off Wednesday both donning red, white, and blue for Cadillac’s annual Veterans Appreciation Night. Cadillac got out to a quick start with Allan Scheurer scoring off of an assist from Hayden Watkins in the first period. Unfortunately, that was the end of the their scoring for the night.

Slam Dunk for Cystic Fibrosis

The Cadillac boys and girls basketball teams take on Essexville Garber tonight — with proceeds go from the event going to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. T-shirts will be available to purchase at the door. They are $10 and include free admission into the game. Freshman boys play at 5:30 in the Auxiliary Gym *No freshman girls

It didn’t take long for the Cadillac bowling team to catch the attention of the MHSAA.
