The weather wasn’t great but the athletes pushed through to compete in Cadillac’s 11th annual Gary Rathbun Memorial Invitational. Varsity Drops Two Games to Big Rapids

The varsity baseball team played host to Big Rapids on Tuesday. The Cardinals swept the Vikings, 2-0 and 6-1. Braedan Lundquist was on the mound in game one. The Cardinals threw a no-hitter. David Johns pitched the second game for Cadillac. Brendan Green and Lundquist each had two hits while Isaac Heyd recorded one hit.

The varsity soccer team had their first conference match of the year on Tuesday. The Vikings traveled to TC West to take on the Titans. The game remained scoreless for the first half. -The HS Track meet is cancelled today. -JV baseball/softball at Big Rapids is cancelled. -JV/Varsity Tennis will now be traveling to TC Central for a 4:00 match. The bus will leave at 2:15. -Varsity baseball will play at home vs. Big Rapids at 4:15. -Varsity softball is cancelled.
