The varsity softball team hosted Pine River and Hesperia on Saturday in a three team tournament. The Vikings went 2-0 on the day, defeating Pine River 6-2 and Hesperia 3-2. Ashlyn Lundquist pitched game one, allowing one earned run on six hits while striking out nine. She also led at the plate with three hits.
